To reduce the occurrence of traveller's diarrhoea symptoms, take 2 capsules once or twice daily, or as directed by your health professional.

To reduce diarrhoea, take 1 capsule once or twice daily, or as directed by your health professional.
For children unable to swallow capsules, empty the contents and mix with a small amount of food or liquid and consume promptly.

I have asthma and use a steroid preventer. This can cause thrush. Taking this supplement stops that from occurring very effectively
