So far so good
So far so good! Very easy to take first thing in the morning which i think will mean that i can take it for longer periods of time, compared to the stinky collagen powder which i forget or struggle to take. I also did a bit of research and it seems to be sustainable and evidence-based. Love the extra ingredients as my zinc is always a little low.

Other Collagen supplements (2 capsules a day) have made me feel sleepy and sluggish after taking them. Cartidyss does NOT do that, and it’s so easy and convenient to take one capsule in the morning with my other supplements. I have only been taking it for about 10 days, but so far I’m impressed, as I am with all Micronutrition’s offerings.
