  2. Faulty Product: If the product you have received is faulty.

To initiate the return process, it is necessary that you provide your online tax invoice or any other suitable proof of purchase.

In certain cases, Micronutrition may choose to return the product to the manufacturer for further evaluation in order to determine the nature of the problem.

Please note that Micronutrition reserves the right to decline offering an exchange or refund if the item's fault is a result of misuse or neglect on your part.

Furthermore, it is important to emphasise that our products are accompanied by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. As a result, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event of a major failure of the product.


Regrettably, due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns of our nutritional products solely based on a change of mind. We kindly request that you exercise careful consideration when making your selection and ensure that the chosen product aligns with the advice provided by your healthcare provider or general practitioner.


While we take utmost care in the shipping process, we acknowledge that there may be instances where your item/s arrive damaged. To aid in a swift resolution, we may request photographs of the damaged item/s and/or delivery package.
