SHIPPING AND RETURNS
AUSTRALIAN RETURNS
In accordance with the requirements set forth by the Australian Consumer Law, Micronutrition acknowledges its obligation to accept product returns and offer exchanges or refunds (as applicable) under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Product: If the product you have received is damaged.
- Faulty Product: If the product you have received is faulty.
To initiate the return process, it is necessary that you provide your online tax invoice or any other suitable proof of purchase.
In certain cases, Micronutrition may choose to return the product to the manufacturer for further evaluation in order to determine the nature of the problem.
Please note that Micronutrition reserves the right to decline offering an exchange or refund if the item's fault is a result of misuse or neglect on your part.
Furthermore, it is important to emphasise that our products are accompanied by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. As a result, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in the event of a major failure of the product.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:
Regrettably, due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns of our nutritional products solely based on a change of mind. We kindly request that you exercise careful consideration when making your selection and ensure that the chosen product aligns with the advice provided by your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY OR SHIPPING:
While we take utmost care in the shipping process, we acknowledge that there may be instances where your item/s arrive damaged. In such cases, we kindly request that you promptly contact us at hello@micronutrition.com.au to assess the damage and work towards a suitable solution. To aid in a swift resolution, we may request photographs of the damaged item/s and/or delivery package.
For returns under the Australian Consumer Law, please reach out to us at hello@micronutrition.com.au to arrange for the collection of the item/s to be returned to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair, or refund.
Please note that in certain circumstances, we reserve the right to charge for return shipping.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING:
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, although alternative carriers may be used where necessary. We deliver to residential, business, and PO Box addresses—please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Please note that dispatch times may be extended during peak sales and promotional periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times (Business Days) – Australia Post
- Parcel Post: 2–10 business days — $12.50
- Standard Shipping (Parcel Post): Free for all orders over $75
- Express Shipping: 1–5 business days — $16.50
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Micronutrition does not generally accept returns or offer refunds for international orders, except where required by applicable law.
Due to varying customs regulations, import restrictions, and external handling processes beyond our control, international orders are considered final once dispatched.
Micronutrition is not responsible for, and will not offer refunds or credits for, orders that are delayed, held, returned, or seized by customs authorities, or for any associated import taxes, duties, or fees.
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting evidence (such as photographs), and we will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.
To assist with any claim, you may be required to provide your online tax invoice or other proof of purchase.
Micronutrition reserves the right to decline a replacement or refund where the issue is determined to be the result of misuse, neglect, or circumstances outside of our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship internationally using courier and postal services, with the most appropriate carrier selected based on the destination. Please ensure a valid delivery address, full name, phone number, and email address are provided at checkout to avoid delays.

Micronutrition does not guarantee that products can be lawfully imported into all countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered items comply with local import regulations. Micronutrition is not responsible for orders that are delayed, held, returned, or seized by customs.
