What are marine collagen peptides?

Marine collagen peptides are the smaller, building blocks of collagen which are derived from fish cartilage. They are produced via a gentle eco-responsible hydrolysis process which uses water extraction to break down raw collagen into peptides which are more easily absorbed and digested by the body than whole collagen.

Benefits of marine collagen peptides

A double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study included 46 healthy females aged 45 to 59 years which were given either 500mg Cartidyss® hydrolysed marine collagen peptides or a placebo over a three month period. After 90 days, the Cartidyss® treatment group experienced perceived skin benefits including improved skin firmness, hydration and skin integrity (tonus) when compared to the placebo.

Great products

I really like the products I received Magnesium Glycinate and it is really helping me sleep. I’m not sure about the Cartidss yet as I have not used it for long enough, but I’m hopeful. The OxyCleanse was amazing. Really recommend that for detoxification.
