Directions

Adults: Start by taking 4 capsules with 250ml of purified or distilled water on an empty stomach before going to bed. If you do not have 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day, increase your serving size by 2 capsules each night until 3 to 5 movements are achieved. Continue this quantity for 7 consecutive days

Maintenance Use:
Use the same number of capsules that you used during your cleanse, 2 to 3 times per week, or as needed. What you are looking for is the number of capsules required to achieve 3-5 bowel movements the following day.

Amazing results

I took four capsules the first night and the first thing I noticed was that my muscle aches and pains drifted away. I haven’t felt pain free in a long time! Slept like a baby. But so constipated that I passed no stools the next day. Took six the second night and again felt great. Woke at 4am and started pooping. Pooped all day, very watery, but with no pain or cramping. Took 2 capsules tonight and for the third time, felt my muscle pain and tension disappear. So now I know it’s great for constipation, and I want to find a dose that keeps me regular while hopefully still giving this blissful pain relief.
