MICRONUTRITION is committed to making your shopping experience as safe and secure as possible. In the unlikely event that your credit card is stolen and fraudulently used, please follow the reporting procedures defined by your credit card provider.

MICRONUTRITION is doing everything possible to protect our valued customer, against the fraudulent use of your credit card. Individuals or parties purchasing or attempting to purchase products by fraudulent means of payment or the unauthorized use of credit cards will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. MICRONUTRITION reserves all rights and title to products until full payment is received.

Our Technology

Our industry standard secure server technology using 128 bit SSL links, encrypts your credit card information. This means that all information is encoded and is unreadable as it travels to our server. MICRONUTRITION has a policy not to sell, lend or rent any customer information. Methods of Payment

We accept VISA,MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Unless specified, all prices are in Australian Dollars including GST. If you do not want to use your credit card online from your home computer, you can get your order processed by calling to speak to a customer service representative at 1300 774 021 or by sending an e-mail to info@micronutrition.com.au.

Product Returns

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  Micronutrition will provide a refund to a customer in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, under the following circumstances:

  • The products are not as described by the store
  • The products do not meet a reasonably expected level of quality or performance
  • The product had expired at the time of purchase, or could not be used reasoably in the time remaining

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving order.

Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. The credit will be made within two weeks of the request.

Purchasing by Minors

Our policy isto not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority and wish topurchase one of our products, you must have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
