Detox Day Tea Ingredients:

Yerba Mate – stimulates intestinal contractions and softens stools, thus generally helping to detox the body by controlling constipation and increasing the water loss from digestive movements, urination, and evacuation.

Cornflower Petals – is an effective natural remedy for a variety of digestive problems like constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, gas, and other gastrointestinal complaints.

Directions:

Detox Day Tea – Brew 1 heaped teaspoon of tea in one cup of almost boiling water for 10 minutes. Enjoy once a day hot or chilled over ice.

Detox Night Tea – Brew 1 heaped teaspoon of tea in one cup
of almost boiling water for 10 minutes.
Enjoy hot or chilled half an hour before sleep.
